As this is such an extra special day, our chefs have created a menu that properly fits the occasion. For starters it features our succulent Slow Cooked Lamb & Feta Tart. This is served with Kalamata olive tapenade and split mint jus.

Or as an alternative there’s our flavoursome Garlic & Parsley King Prawns. These are served with pumpkin tortellini, chorizo, Italian cheese and brown butter squash purée.

For mains, Mum is sure to be wowed by our fabulous Fillet Steak Wellington, served with mushroom duxelles, buttered spinach, truffle & Italian cheese creamed potatoes with red wine & sherry vinegar sauce.

Should she prefer a fish dish, our Char Siu Monkfish should hit the spot, served up with basmati rice, braised pak choi, mushroom broth and caviar.

For a perfect finishing touch to the occasion comes Hot Chocolate Fondant of Guinness & blackcurrant ripple ice cream, blackcurrant gel and crystallised pearl barley!
